The convivial Trail-Inn restaurant serves a hearty menu of local and regional specialities, such as Flammekuchen and Waïnzoossiss (grilled sausages with mustard sauce), but also perennial favourites for hungry hikers and bikers including burgers, pasta dishes and club sandwiches.

The Trail-Inn is rightly proud of its local sourcing policy: cheeses and ice cream come from a family member’s local artisanal production and local beers and ciders are always available. 

Desserts are also homemade with locally sourced ingredients.
